Meet Our Team
Aaron Leichner, Principal
My name is Aaron Leichner. I am a proud K-12 graduate of Maize High School! I completed my undergraduate degree at Wichita State University and returned to Maize Middle School where I spent 14 years teaching. I coached track at MMS, football at MHS, and coached basketball and summer strength/conditioning at MHS & MMS.
I earned my graduate degree from Fort Hays State and spent the past four years in administration at Maize High under the leadership of my mentor, Dr. Chris Botts. I was assistant principal for the first two years and spent the last two years as athletic director before coming to Complete High School Maize this year.
Complete High School Maize has always held a special place in my heart, as many of my former middle school students have graduated from Complete through the years. As I sat through those beautiful graduation ceremonies, I always thought, what an incredible place!
I never dreamed that someday I would be the one presiding over those ceremonies. It is truly my honor to carry the torch at Complete High School Maize as its principal!

Welcome to the Wolf Pack at Complete High School Maize—where individuality is celebrated and untapped abilities and talents are maximized! Students at Complete will have more freedom, choices, and privileges than they are used to, and along with these come a significant increase in individual responsibility. Our Mission at CHSM is to see that all students will obtain the necessary skills to become productive members of society by establishing a strong work ethic, compassion for all people, and the ability to solve problems.
